The main contact email for Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola is info@exploramaestrat.com.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Risk Management.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activities offered by Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola may involve inherent danger, which the participant assumes and accepts.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To this end, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola undertakes that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staff are qualified for the activity to be carried out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities are covered by civil liability and accident insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activities are adequately planned, especially regarding risk and adversity management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Information about Activities.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola undertakes, in addition to informing about the type of activity, its location, the necessary material\/equipment, and its duration, to specify with scales or descriptions the technical and physical difficulty involved in each activity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola may establish personal requirements or conditions for access to activities, only when necessary to preserve the minimum safety conditions of the activity or for its optimal use or enjoyment by the participant and the rest of the group. The participant will be duly informed about the activity to be carried out, to be convinced that said activity is what they truly desire and is appropriate for their personal characteristics. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the necessary material and equipment, the activity sheet will indicate the material and equipment provided by Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola that will be included in the price, as well as the material and equipment that the participant must provide.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola reserves the right to modify the offer presented on the website (modifications to activities, dates, deadlines, locations, prices, offers, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. Minimum Groups and Ratios.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activities organized by Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola must have the participation of a minimum number of people, which is set for safety reasons and\/or for economic viability reasons.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likewise, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola also sets maximum limits for participants per guide or technician for each activity, in order to guarantee minimum safety conditions and optimal use\/enjoyment of the activity or course in question by the entire group, which could not be guaranteed if the group were excessively large.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Psycho-physical Conditions.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participant must inform Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola or, at least, the guides about:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Health problems (allergies or illnesses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injuries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medication or substances that may alter their usual abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any incident occurring during the journey to the activity (physical, psychological, material, etc.), even if they may seem insignificant, such as travel sickness, weakness due to a poor breakfast, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant undertakes not to be under the influence of alcoholic, psychotropic, stimulant, or hallucinogenic substances on the date the activities take place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prices.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are in euros and per person, and include the services of Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola guides and the current VAT. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contracting of external services, if any, will be at the participant&#8217;s expense. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Activity Booking.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration for Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola activities must be done in writing. The registration form must be filled out by the participant and sent or submitted to Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola by one of the following means: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email to info@exploramaestrat.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the time of the activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the client acts as a representative of other people, they assume responsibility for having their consent and authorization, as well as transmitting all information and economic, technical, and psychophysical conditions for carrying out the activity. In the case of minors or disabled persons, the representative must be the guardian or custodian of all represented persons, and AUTHORIZES them or, if they are their custodian, has express authorization from the father, mother, or guardian of the represented persons, to attend the activity indicated above. The representative must guarantee that the represented persons comply with the instructions given at all times, taking responsibility for the actions of their represented persons.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Payment Method.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100% of the activity must be paid to Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola before its commencement, unless the specific conditions of the activity specify other payment terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cancellations.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants may withdraw from the requested or contracted services at any time, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid, but deducting the amounts indicated below:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100% of the amount paid will be refunded by the same means used for payment if the reservation is canceled <strong>24 hours or more in advance<\/strong>. <strong>The amount will not be refunded<\/strong> if the cancellation occurs <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> in advance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The absence or non-attendance of the visitor without prior written cancellation will result in the total loss of the amount paid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola may cancel the activity in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weather reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of the minimum number of registered persons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these cases, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola, by prior agreement with the participants, will postpone the activity to another date or fully refund the price paid to the participants.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Transportation.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise indicated in the program, the costs and responsibility for transportation to the meeting point agreed with Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola staff will be borne by the participant. The participant will arrive at the activities with sufficient anticipation to resolve any unforeseen events or needs. Similarly, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola guides assume their obligation to be punctual at the agreed times. The accumulation of small delays directly and very negatively affects safety, group harmony, and the smooth running of the activity.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Safety Regulations.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participant will pay and maintain, throughout the development of the activity, due attention to the instructions that may be given by the organization and will pay very special attention to the guides, following all instructions for action and\/or safety that they may provide.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Environmental Regulations.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participant will deeply respect the natural environment where the activity takes place, intensifying this care in protected natural areas, where they will also ensure compliance with the regulations of said protected natural areas. No waste or rubbish should be left in the natural environment. They will also respect other groups or people who are in the areas where the activities are carried out.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Duty of Collaboration.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities are teamwork, so the participant will have to collaborate and help other participants and activity leaders when required. The participant will not, under any circumstances, assume the tasks or responsibilities of the guides, technicians, or instructors, and will avoid arrogant or exhibitionist behaviors, which often lead to a bad atmosphere in the group. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Program Modifications.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities are subject to weather conditions and the characteristics of the participating individuals. Schedules, itineraries, and methods to be followed may be modified or even suspended in whole or in part if circumstances require it to preserve minimum safety conditions and always at the discretion of the company or the guides, technicians, or instructors on its behalf. In these cases, no refund of any amount paid by the participant will be made, given the unpredictability of these factors (provided the activity has already started). If the suspended activity has not yet started, the amounts paid by the participants would be refunded.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each activity, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola will specify the type and quantity of necessary material. If a participant lacks an essential piece of equipment, the activity leaders may suspend or delay the start of the activity until the problem is resolved or even choose to continue with the program without the presence of the affected person, if the lack of such elements is attributable to the participant. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Exclusion\/Expulsion from Activities.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guides, technicians, or instructors, on behalf of Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola, may exclude or expel any participant from the activity, losing any right to a refund of the price paid, in any of the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not carrying the required equipment or material, especially protective and\/or safety equipment, when this could lead to a risk to their own health or physical integrity or that of third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suffering from an illness or injury for which the contracted activity is not recommended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lacking the necessary physical or technical level to carry out the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being under the influence of alcoholic, psychotropic, stimulant, or hallucinogenic substances during the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not complying with the safety instructions and\/or group control instructions given by the technician or guide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intentionally or negligently causing damage to borrowed or rented equipment or material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of legal norms, especially criminal or administrative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated or serious actions of contempt, mockery, or humiliation towards other group members or people outside the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated or serious actions that, in breach of the instructions given by the technician or guide, endanger their own or third parties&#8217; health, physical integrity, or life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these cases, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola disclaims all responsibility for any accident caused by the imprudence, negligence, or recklessness of any participant.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Suspension of Activities.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once any activity has started, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola may suspend it if the program cannot be modified, in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weather reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders from administrative authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these cases, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola will not refund any amount or compensation to the participants, nor will the activity be postponed to another date.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Protection of Own Image.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every person participating in Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola activities has the right to the protection of their image. In principle, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola understands that the participant gives their consent to use images taken of them during the activities for information campaigns that Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola undertakes in the future and to show them to other participants who carry out or may carry out courses and\/or activities with this company. However, if the participant expressly states their refusal for this use of audiovisual material, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola will not disseminate or will delete images or videos where this person\/these people appear.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Evaluation of Activities.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any participant in Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola activities is invited to provide the organization with constructive comments and opinions, as these will constantly improve the quality of the service.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola makes a complaint form available to any user.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Data Protection.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data provided in the registration forms are processed in an automated file by Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola for the purpose of informing Explora Maestrat\/ Vive Pen\u00edscola clients about future activities, products, or promotions.
