We suggest a panoramic tour along the winding roads of the Natural Park, where we can admire and identify endemic species of our Mediterranean landscape. Among them, the dwarf palm stands out as the only genuinely European palm. We will stop to visit the current Carmelite monks’ convent, as well as the remains of the old convent, offering a fantastic panoramic view framed by the indigo sea in the background.
Afterwards, we will go to the Carmelitano Liqueur Distillery, where we will learn about the meticulous production process of their famous herbal liqueur and sample various house specialties.
